Description
The purpose of this line is to ensure the plates with the cable configuration in front of the operator for assembly.
On each board it shown the configuration and the routing for harness.
Assembly is done manually.
The line has 2 lifting systems in each side of it.
The lifting system is done via Festo cylinders.
Movements of the boards is done with electrical motors.
For safety there are light curtains. If the operator step inside the station during movement than the light curtains are activated and the movement is stopped.
Mechanical concept is done by the customer.
Mechanical execution, electrical concept and execution and PLC programming are done 100% by Metrom Trading.
