Description

The docking station is basically and electrical cabinet, of an aluminum structure with wheels, with several detections which can be transported easily from a station to another one.
This station has a PLC, Touch Panel, memories, sensors distributors, barcode scanners, hand scanners for setup, and for connecting and communication with the station where is attached, connectors and serial communication connectors are used.
Scope of the station is to detect the presence and the conformity of all parts in the moment when the process is done, though sensors, and to scan all traceability elements on all of those parts.
