Description
The Purpose of the machine is to finalize the complete gluing of the product.
The machine contains a loctite equipments which applies the glue.
The process starts with the loading of the product in the machine by the operator.
Once the part is inside and the sensors detect it the machine automatically lock the product in the station and the gluing equipment starts the application.
If the glue need to be inserted all over the dumper the part should roll over.
The gluing equipment is mounted on a cylinder and start from right to left a movement to complete the entire part.
Sensors to detect the presence of the equipment in start and final position are used.
Light curtains are used in order to stop the entire movement in process if an operator step inside.
